Object selection and ordering
To find your desired object, you can use the thematic filter categories in the Culture, Object Type and Artist sections as well as the targeted free text search. Place the selected object to the request list and send it with your non-binding request via the online catalogue.
You will immediately receive from us a detailed offer with costs and estimated delivery times. The order is placed only with the confirmation of this offer and the receipt of an order confirmation. The replica will be safely shipped to you after completion and payment of your order.
Payment and shipping
The prices listed in the online catalogue are fixed prices. Quotation for replicas with ‘on request’ status means that we could not make a calculation yet. We would be pleased to make you a non-binding offer. All prices are given including VAT plus shipping costs. The exact costs for packaging and shipping depend on various factors such as complexity, packaging, destination, quantity and mode of transport. Binding prices can only be calculated at the end of production. We will be pleased to provide a cost estimate on request.
At the conclusion of the contract, you pay a deposit of 30% of the order value. A final advance invoice is created after production and packaging of the replica. After receipt of payment by bank transfer (credit card payment is unfortunately not possible), the goods are shipped worldwide at the expense and risk of the customer. All shipments are covered by transport insurance on favourable terms. The goods are packaged by professionals with the utmost care. For packaging we use special boxes or wooden crates. The shipment is made by DHL or haulier. The packaging material cannot be returned.
We strive to have a range of our replicas in stock. However, due to the scope of the mould collection, this is not always possible. Since individual production takes a great deal of time, the indicated delivery time is not always exact and varies depending on the scope and complexity of the replica.
