The Humboldt Forum, a unique cultural and scientific centre with international appeal, will soon be opening its doors in the centre of Berlin. This will explore and present dialogues between world cultures in the fields of art, science and culture with regard to historical and current topics. The exhibits will include collections from the Ethnologisches Museum (Ethnological Museum) and the Museum für Asiatische Kunst (Asian Art Museum). Our wealth of items from ancient America, Africa and Asia are due to close cooperation with these two important institutions – a cooperation going back to their founding in 1886. Here you may find a suitable selection of replicas of plaster mouldings from the Gipsformerei.
